Software is critical to managing any organization with the hopes of growing. We’ll need the following software:

  • Social Media Management Tool: Under $250 per month will consider tools listed in this blog.

  • Zealy or alternative: Currently Zealy is free, but there are a limit to quests per month. Costs may be incurred if a new rewards program is needed.

  • Video editing software: Descript is $24 per month which creates transcripts and cleans up videos and podcasts. Repurpose is up to $105 per month.

  • Support Desk Software: Up to $150/user (needs at least 6 users) or outsource to a provider that will provide technical support.
